Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 24 months from the date of issuance, which is the "spend by" date included on the gift certificate. Unused portions of gift certificates will expire two years from the date of issuance, which is the "expires" date included on the gift certificate.
Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Janeliunas Jewelry 1-978-597-5939 or Jansjewells Web site, http://www.jansjewells.com, toward the purchase of eligible products. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for the purchase of our products from third-party sellers such as Amazon.com Web site.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent of our 7 day refund policy.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. Small unused balances may be cashed out upon purchase. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
Gift certificates and their use on the Janeliunas Jewelry, jansjewells.com web site are subject to jansjewells.com's general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice.
Lost or stolen gift certificates can still be redeamed and are noted in our accounting system by the purchaser's name.
By visiting jansjewells.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these gift certificate terms and conditions.
* Expiration dates do not apply in California, Connecticut, Maine, Montana, Rhode Island, and Washington. Expiration date applies in New Hampshire only for gift certificates more than $100. For the following states, a gift certificate will expire after the indicated period of time as measured from the date of issuance: Louisiana (5 years), Maryland (4 years), Massachusetts (7 years), North Dakota (6 years), Oklahoma (5 years), and Vermont (3 years). Expiration dates do not apply in any other states solely to the extent as prohibited or limited by law.
